2 Bungalows and 3 Pavilions will be offered as vacation rentals or retirement rentals in Baan Sammi Nature Resort. All houses are designed in a modern unpretentious 'Lanna' style and each of them has his own character. They are widely spaced from each other and surrounded by flower trees and bushes to secure privacy and quiet. Each house has direct access to the private lake. Distance to Chiang Mai only 15 kilometers.
Precios y condiciones:
The houses will be offered for short-term rent (daily, weekly, monthly) and long-term rent (semi-annually, annually). Short-term rent is all-inclusive, starting from 500 Baht (THB) per night (10 Euro, 12 US$). Long-term rent is not all-inclusive, starting from 5,000 Baht (THB) per month (1 year rental contract). There are no seasonally different prices: the longer the rent, the lower the price. All houses are offered fully or partly furnished.
